    <mood for today>

    until yesterday i didnt know anybody my age who died. sandy was murdered. now i feel like everything i believed about this town is upside down.

    i didnt think things like that happened around here.

    i “know” that young people die. i “know” that im not guaranteed tomorrow. i still managed to think it wasnt going to touch me.

    what now?
